It's the Balance Belt Cover!

The drip seems to be coming from 11/15 as marked.

If you're wondering all this turned out, I had the balance shaft cover resealed. In order to do that, all the timing belts had to be uninstalled (or so the mechanic claimed). Since they had to come out anyway, I had new belts put it, and the oil cooler seals done.

With sales tax (8.76%) the total bill was $1,801.70

I can report that there is no leaking whatsoever now. I had always had a slight weep from the engine that would drip onto the sway bar and eat the bushings. But no more.
